These terms govern your use of ShipCustom. By installing or using ShipCustom, you agree to them.
The service
ShipCustom provides tools to build personalized products, show personalization options with a live preview on your store, and attach personalization details to orders. During early access, features may change and we may add or remove functionality.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for your store, your products, and the designs, fonts and clipart you upload.
- You must have the rights to the content you upload, and you must not use ShipCustom to sell infringing or unlawful products.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
Shopper content
Shoppers may upload images and text. You are responsible for reviewing orders before production and for refusing content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to print.
Fees
Fees, if any, will be shown to you before they apply. Early-access terms are agreed with each store directly.
Availability
We work to keep ShipCustom fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales.
Ending use
You can stop using ShipCustom at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
